I am sorry....I know its just a movie and I ought find more important things to do with my life while waiting to go out for the night.

But I am sitting here watching a classic movie...Jurassic Park. I know Spielberg is one of the best but I just noticed that they show a subtitle that says "San Jose, Costa Rica"......and the freaking ocean is behind the two guys at the table.. this pisses me off :lol: They should of had the subtitle - "Beattle Bar"

There is no excuse for Spielberg to have this happen. I think any future movie filming done in our "Graceland" should include 3-5 select CRT'ers to be on site (probably 2-3 months) for these kinds of checks and balances. Anyone have any connections in Hollywood?

PS. There goes another one....Dr Hammond just said he has a plane on stand-by in Jaco as well (emphasizing the Letter "J")...Jaco as in Jack or Juice.

Wasn't it Isla Nublar? When Nedry (Newman) made the deal to sell the embryos he met with the buyer in San Jose, CR at an outdoor restaurant- with the ocean in the background :lol:

The opening shot of the exterior of the island is indeed that of Isla del Coco, though a fictional name is used in the movie. Everything set on the island was filmed in Hawaii.

Haven't watched JP in while and not since I started going to CR in 2005, so I'd forgotton about that mistake. Obviously somone just assumed that all Latin American cities are right by the ocean. :D
