That has to one of the weirdest things I have ever heard of. Starting with the "offense" simulation a sex act with a bicycle :shock: to the charge "conducting himself in a disorderly manner and simulating sex" :roll: to the punishment "Sheriff Colin Miller also placed Stewart on the Sex Offenders Register for three years" :cry:

Only thing missing is the issuance of a restraining order keeping him from being within 500 feet of a bicycle. :P :lol:

I cannot believe this. Then, again, I can. Years ago, the police would have simply told the guy to knock it off. Placing this guy on a sex offender list is nuts.
