Did not have to set the world on fire but had to show some fire in the belly and some leadership. He has shown neither up to this season.

I do not seek to set off a firestorm or argument, but having watched all of Eli's work since he replaced Romaro Miller in the 2000 Music City Bowl loss to West Virginia, I was very impressed with his presence of last night. Perhaps a couple years under his belt in the league have done this, or familiarity now with the coaches, or even not having Tiki to be the #1 guy. I hope he continues in that respect this season, as I do not wish for him to qb the Giants to a 4-12 season and then get chased out of NY/NJ.

Good luck to the Giants. With some good luck they may beat out the Redskins for next to the bottom in the NFC east Really hard to figure out which of those two titans of pro football are worse. Might have to favor the skins. They have a coach who has actually won something in the NFL

I know I will make some enemies here...BUT have to be honest Just have 1 thing to say about the New York Midgets and Dallas Cowgirls... DEFENSE wins championships.. Last night proved quite convincingly that these two teams have none... GO BEARS, now that the best team in football is out of the way. Another Super Bowl ??????????
