It was a good opening weekend for CFB. I couldn't believe the Michigan game. My University of New Hampshire Wildcats were picked to finish second in the North Division of the Colonial Athletic Association. However, I expect they will win the CAA title! ![]() |

Did not know they played college football in New Hampshire. What division? 48.5 hours until the Hurricanes and the Sooners. Wish I could just start tailgating now. ![]() |

"Word on the street" is that the Big Least will drop Syracuse and add Appalchian State next year. The southern Conference is open to discussions with the Orange but are non-committal at this point. ![]() ![]() ![]() I am in the same boat, my supposedly rejuvenated Virginia team lost to wyoming 23-3 BKTUNA I am never going home |

![]() ![]() How can any Canes fan choose the swamp rats over the Noles? Ever since "the ole ball coach" dropped the canes from the gators schedule, because he tired of getting beat, there has been no Florida championship. Gives the Noles credit they continued to play UM every year, even though it cost them 3 national titles, before they both became part of the ACC. Noles deserve a lot more respect then the gators from UM fans. |

I.D.- as always, you make a valid point. However, in my personal dealings in the Sunshine State, I have always found Gators alumns preferable to Noles, even with their arrogance. Add in that my most recent ex girlfriend graduated from Free Shoes, and the fact my Gator buddies and I get together for an SEC game a year, and you can see how my thinking may have gotten distorted. And let us not forget the home and home of '02/'03 where the Gayturds were put in their place; perhaps Brock Berlin's only great effort at the U (leading the troops back from that huge deficit). I believe the Gators and Canes are due to resume a 2-year series within the next 3 or so years, but was told the game is going to be in Tampa. |

I always mourn the start of college football even though I like to watch it somtimes because it means less baseball coverage. |

Will Michigan win more than 4 games this year? Big Ten and BCS....not Re-enactment of the Potato Famine in South Bend? May be the luck has run out. Orange, basketball season is just around the corner ![]() [/b] |
