This may seem like a foolish thread, but as college football is almost upon us and I enjoy wagering and watching my wagers......is there anyplace in the gulch that televises college football? I fly into San Jose around noon on Saturday, 9/1, and would not mind catching a little college football (doubt Miami-Marshall will be on but can always hope) with a drink or two before heading over to ZB that afternoon. I am staying at the Morozan, so I figure if I place some bets on the later games Saturday they will indulge me in the sportsbook. But if there is a bar/restaurant that would be even better. Any knowledge on this topic would be greatly appreciated, unless Jim Witkowski decides to post the names of the gay bars in town.

Thank you, sir. Am I to infer that on these satellite tv's during football season they show football (not being wiseass but when I have been to SL it was offseason)? :?

Awesome. :D Thanks. Will be there by 2 p.m. on 9/2 for a couple beers before heading to NF, back to SL, then to ZB. Only 26 days! :P :D
Didn't think the Morozan sportsbook had the personality to watch college fb. Left a lot to be desired.

Heavy rain knocks out the satelite but the cable is still available.

SL is great for sports. However, you may want to try the Moon Glow SportsBar at Adventure Inn. It's in Ciudad Cariari, on the outskirts of San Jose. Great place for watching a game! :)

Witkoswki- I don't anticipate leaving the gulch. Further, I respectfully would not head to the outskirts of Broward County, let alone San Jose, based upon your recommendation.

Well, NYG, provided Spirit does not screw me with delays the morning of 9/1, I will see you at the SL bar that afternoon for some college football and cold beer. :D

Doctor- I also greatly enjoy betting college football.
Looking forward to that LSU-Miss St game to kick off Thursday night football just before Labor Day weekend. Looking even more forward to seeing the spread.
