Uh. It's not like Tech has never beaten UGAg. In the series Georgia has 58 wins, and Georgia Tech has 42 wins. It's not that lopsided. However, Georgia has currently won six straight games. I believe a lot of that can be credit to UGAg's best player, Reggie Ball.
