Anyone else a fan of Criss Angel? I saw him last night on Larry King. Unfortunately, he didn't do any good tricks. I wish he would levitate over the HDR!!!

Actually, I love his show "Mind Freak". He's recently signed a contract as the mainliner in the Luxor in Las Vegas. I am planning on seeing him in November. Some of the stuff he does is unbelievable !!! Don't know how he does it, but it's cool to watch! MG

While I apologize to everyone but MG and JW; I do not think he starts at the Luxor until summer of '08 (August). I only know this because I am flying to Vegas in 4 hours and have front row tickets to Hans Klok and Pam Anderson tomorrow in "The Beauty of Magic." As a result of reading the rewviews over the past month I learned of this Criss Angel (and the NY Post recently and I caught his show ondemand on Comcast). If the Hans Klok show sucks...which the reviews indicate...I may be inclined to "represent" for Vince Neil when Pam appears in the finale. But Tommy Lee has been going to the show a lot............ |

apologies again..... the reviews of this "Beauty of Magic" notwithstanding, I got these seats (2) at a 35 percent discount from the casino after the opening.... so Pam may be hearing about Vince...... How much longer till Labor Day weekend? |

Vegas, baby, Vegas!!! Wish I was going this weekend. I'd watch out yelling stuff out to Pam. If Tommy is there I don't think he would hesitate to throw down! I wish Criss could make the Tica of the Month appear in my diner!

I saw one of his shows last month, where he signed the contract with Cirque de Solei to be the mainliner at the Luxor, but they didn't say when he would be starting. I was hoping to see him in November. Oh well, there's always Wayne Newton!!! MG

Not sure if you knew it or not, but you can buy his videos and see those tricks over and over. Some of it is unbelievable. LT |

Just got confirmation from the fan club. Looks like MIA is right. Tickets won't go on sale until FEB 08. However, Angel is scheduled to appear in a new illusion-based Cirque du Soleil production at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas. There are plans for the show to run for 10 years, including 4,600 shows with a possible 5 year renewal option of his contract. The show is a permanent Las Vegas show and will not be in any other city. |
