Based on completely non scientific data and "word on the street" methods, I have determined that the recent tornado left an unusually large number of working girls homeless and in need of extra funds from US based aid sources (gringo customers) It seems that virtually all of the working girl population lived in this one small area of San Jose. Western Union has reported a flurry of activity and the HDR has had to add a new bank of computers to handle the volume of RFM issuance.

The number of displaced working girls disputes my previous theory that 66.89% of CR working girls live in the Desamperados neighborhood which was unaffected by the storm.
