People keep saying these places are ruined but if you speak the language and know your way around, things are still cheap. Of course the Colombians in CR are way over priced but now we can all go to Colombia. When I was in CR last year I was with Ticas & Nicas only and had a great time with them. Anyone else have thoughts? |
