I took a little film clip of some locals dancing Cumbia's. I was a bit drunk at the time or i would have got some better clips. Anyone want to learn Cumbia's, then go to Kalumar (sp) on Wednsday nights. They have lessons, lots of fun!  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aP1mmMa5SfE

Paco, You won't find any gringo's in this place, it's cool man, weekends are hot, wednsday is hot, you can't miss, just get there early so you have a good seat by the dance floor, and you can see all the tight asses dancing! |

I would like to know a little more about this Kalumar place. Anybody know where it is, or if it's popular enough to depend on a taxista's knowledge? I can Salsa just a little bit and would get a kick out of a Cumbia lesson CR style. |

Delemar, just tell the taxi that you want to go to Kalumar, the place where they dance cumbia's, the lessons are on wednsday starting around 7ish. Hey take your camera in there and post what you filmed, i'd love to see that!  Luis
