Sir Spanky,

As I am sure you know, there have been a couple of pretty strange (interesting) events going on worldwide as they relate to telecommunications. Too, all the "apps" out there available for the pickings...uhhhh.....funnn.....for the idiots with "smart phones" have been occupying my time. The very "app" that CRT is on is a funn one! Guys walking around with self placed, open microphones and digital transfers of video off their phones, not to mention their text messages, emails, and photos have been a bit underwhelming, but, nonetheless, humorous. Hook that jive up to, even, a low powered xmiter and see who listens in!

Example: Hacked "smart phone" from a guy at the SL: connect output from "hacked" phone to a simple FM xmiter and broadcast whatever on 93.1mhz FM or whatever and play it through the PA system. Too, xmiting the video feed from the same phone when it's showing something fun is very amusing; particularly when you text the actual phone number across the video feed.

So...let's just say San Jose, Costa Rica for amusement; and some hapless hip guy has his $5,000.00 smart phone all jazzed up and what not....but he done downloaded an app that got a buggy on it....and he don't know he is a walking TV station.......transfer the feed from that fancy phone to even a 5 watt xmiter and EVERYBODY from Dunn Inn to Amistad and back can turn to .....well....how about channel 5....and see and hear what's what! hahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahahah

Now, amplify that silliness on a worldwide basis and you can only imagine where the stuff is being sent.

I been working on arrangements and my people keep sending me to Phuket as that is where "our people" are.....I keep telling them Pattaya is where I want to be and they keep sending me back to Phuket because that's where the "stuff" is. As in SAFETY stuff. Anyway.....I always focus back to a contact person in Patty and I do believe I just may have what I need.......

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/01/1 ... 10415.html

Meanwhile....there was this thing going down, worldwide, that had some DoD flunkies bugging me....there were mere rumors of them pesky Chinese doing some stuff to micro slow down the web.....ya know; rerouting through their servers? Them pesky albeit smartypants Reds over at China Telecom....good one!!! I bet they don't pay CIEN and also bet they DO wear cargo shorts in San Jose!!! hahahahahahahahahahahahaha

This Nokia 1100 ain't hackable. It work fine in CR.

March and April approach. These are NOT good months....May ain't so hot either.....come June I recollect that field court martial. What a party. "SIR!!!! IS THE AIRMAN FREE TO SPEAK??!!!" "What?" "SIR!!! YOU DIDN'T MAKE A CHOIR BOY OUT OF ME, DID YA SIR??!!"

I'm on my way
Can't settle down
Stuck in the ways of being an ass
And I got a lot of nerve that I'm ready to pass
I'm on my way
Can't settle down
Stuck in ways of sadistic joy
And my talent only goes as far as to annoy
I'm on my way
This is my
Main offender
This is what I've got and it's got me saying
"Why me?"
I'm on my way
Get around
But I'm not all too sure about what I do
feel I've got to stop a second just to think it through
And so I stop!
I'm on my way
Yeah, get around
Thought it all over now I spit it out
And when I spit I spit on those that I care less about
I'm on my way
This is my
Main offender
This is what I've got and it's got me saying
"Why me?"

I'm on my way

Across 110th Street
I was the third brother of five,
Doing whatever I had to do to survive.
I'm not saying what I did was alright,
Trying to break out of the ghetto was a day to day fight.
Been down so long, getting up didn't cross my mind,
I knew there was a better way of life that I was just trying to find.
You don't know what you'll do until you're put under pressure,
Across 110th Street is a hell of a tester.
Across 110th Street,
Pimps trying to catch a woman that's weak
Across 110th Street,
Pushers won't let the junkie go free.
Across 110th Street,
Woman trying to catch a trick on the street.
Across 110th Street,
You can find it all in the street.
I got one more thing I'd like to y'all about right now.
Hey brother, there's a better way out.
Snorting that coke, shooting that dope man you're copping out.
Take my advice, it's either live or die.
You've got to be strong, if you want to survive.
The family on the other side of town,
Would catch hell without a ghetto around.
In every city you find the same thing going down,
Harlem is the capital of every ghetto town.
Across 110th Street,
Pimps trying to catch a woman that's weak
Across 110th Street,
Pushers won't let the junkie go free.
Across 110th Street,
A woman trying to catch a trick on the street, ouh baby
Across 110th Street,
You can find it all in the street.
Yes he can, oh
Look around you, just look around you,
Look around you, look around you, uh yeah.

Edit due to YouTube's shut down of the first link to the song "Across 110th Street"

Man I remember 110th street back in the 70's. I had a close friend who attended Columbia and he had an apartment on 109th street. That was some wild neighborhood both cool and dangerous at the same time.

Amen to DANGEROUS Mr. Zunbake3. I was just a tourist making 2 runs a month back in 1976 whereas you lived around it. Might even have been some of your neighborhood buds who suggested my kind of Entrepreneurial Activity tourism was not desired....

As I told them...."You didn't make a choir boy out of me"....blah, blah, blah.

Proving to be a somewhat profitable "private" usage of the farm: http://www.bloomberg.com/video/67437474/

The key is to stay in front. It is inevitable that all flights (domestic and international) will have broadband access in the not too distant future.....

Now...back to twirling dials and staring at these screens: There is a TON of chatter going on
