Strained carrots, anybody? Squash? Bananas?

This pretty well sums it up.

Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Thailand, Colombia, Philippines. It's all good and you have to find what you like but there are definitely some places better than others.

And I NEVER said here or any other place is better or worse than any other place--It is ALWAYS in the eyes of the beholder just as is the beauty of the chica. We all have different taste, likes, dislikes, and desires, (and restrictions). Hell I much prefer Colombia (BUT NOT MDE) to here or just about any place in the world!!!!!!. I don't even knock any of the Mexican border towns, though I would never go back to any one of them. But any place is ALWAYS what YOU make out of it and what you (each individual) are comparing it to from past experiences. And for many, there has never been nor will there ever be, the opertunity to visit other, much futher away places.

Aye, and I'm looking forward to my trip to CR but I'm looking more to seeing Thailand again. Hell, even next year I'm going to cut down on Thailand time to spend some time in Cambodia just to see it.

Im not even sure I would call it that. If their is one thing I noticed about the difference in each location, its the type of people who visit it.

For example. In Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and Cambodia you almost NEVER see the walk-on guys. The guys who are making their first mongering trip. Most of them have a history, they've served in the military, they have been to places like the Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica.

The scene while very commercial and big, is relatively controlled. The girls know what is expected of them, prices are generally kept in check, owners are reliant of the repeat customer. Its just the big leagues, where everyone there is pretty much knowledged, and in the know.

Then, you have places like Costa Rica, or Dominican Republic. Maybe the guy went down for an all inclusive vacation or a fishing trip; maybe he seen something or heard something that caught his attention. At 3-5 hours flight for most guys, its easy to get away. But the turnover rate of customers is unreal. You get guys coming by the boat load who heard of from his buddy that its a must-see. You get the Nevada goer's who go well, its only an hour or two more flight.

Everyone shows up, and everyone goes "Well in the US it costs this, so I dont care". Its a scene dominated by Americans, and only Americans. In turn into a mini USA. People dont want to drink Cuervo, they want Patron. They wanna make it rain. They got the bling bling. Can drop 100$ for a bar tab tip. They're gonna score with the big prize bartender because back home they get pu*sy like its nothing.

Thats the problem. In Asia, and I presume to a majority degree Rio, you dont get those guys. They arent places that get amateur mongers.


As mentioned, its about the total scene. Its about getting value for your service, ease of use, options, total package ( not just day time, not just nighttime), security, infrastructure, consistency.

Costa Rica just doesnt offer that. You HAVE to negotiate with girls what you want, and then negotiate again on a price pending what you want. You have to watch everywhere you walk. You have to compete with other mongers because some guy is overpaying and doesnt care because "its his money". Hotels want to charge you money to bring girls back, society frowns upon you. Your friend got a BBBJCIM from a girl, but she would only do CBJ for you.

In Asia, you don't get those problems. I walk into a bar in Thailand, grab a girl I want, and she knows whats expected and she knows what the going rate is. She knows if I say LT, it means LT, not I have to leave at 3am or Im going to ask for 100$ more halfway through the night because I dont want to stay anymore.

I can walk around wherever I want, whenever I want and not have to worry about being ripped off or being held up 20 feet from my hotel and no one helping you. You dont want into Lolitas to have a girl tell you she only does CBJ unless you pay her 10$ more.

The problem is not that CR sucks, its that to many people who go there make it suck for everyone who actually knows.

After my sophomore trip to MDE I can't look at the VIP Gallery anymore UGH! Can't believe what beasts some of you guys are throwing up for display! Well...I suspect a bunch of vets will be weening off the CR scene for greener pastures..but thats ok they are already being replaced. The monger wheel of life rolls on!

I had 2 fuglies (maybe 3.5/10) drop the price for a double to 20,000 a piece last night after hounding me on and off for 2 hours. They wanted a drink, I offered a bottle of water (what I was drinking), no good, finally I gave them 2000 to buy something and go away. It's a rough life down here!
