It ain't all Rex fault, the majority of the blame should be directed at the front office. The General manager and others who drafted, traded poorly.

...And made the decision to hire him...speaking of back office mischief, I'm a Dolphins fan and well aware of the hijinks these over paid clowns can get into !!!

My main beef with Rex is more of his personal behavior, unbecoming of a head coach, a head coach needs to be an example of maturity and dignity like our saintly Don Shula was... 8) 8) 8)

I'm sticking with Rex. If you give him decent players, he can make things happen. Back to back AFC championship games appearances. But you got to give him decent players.

Rex had his day in the sun... he is done. Adios.

Need a major overhaul... he is in top of the list.

This Monday, The mediocre Dolphins who have struggled this season and unlikely to make the playoffs, will nevertheless plunder, punish and plow through the hapless Jets with ease in such a fashion that will be the beginning of the end of the demise of the pontificating windbag not unlike his famous or shall we say infamous father, the head coach of the Jets...

Don't gloat too much Netgems... Your mediocre Dolphins barely squeaked by a 2-9 marginally competitive team. Good luck against a real team like the Ravens next week. :?

Can we start firing some people NOW ... PLEASE !!!

Normally I'd gloat but I don't like kicking people when they're down, that bizarre press conference he gave was depressing, and Rex seemed really perplexed and defeated, I'd hate to be a player and hear the head coach blather on a disoriented befuddled press conference like that, the coach has to show strength and determination even in sad situations like this, but I have to confess I basically felt sorry for him.

As for the Fins, they're still building and I like our cool low key coach and young qb, I suspect they'll miss the playoffs and have a chance to look good next year, the Ravens will probably beat them as will New England, but they'll see the Jets and Vikings at home, two easy victories, 9-7 finish. :)

I'll bet Rex will be jettisoned because he's obviously not good head coach material, but he'll be picked up fast by someone needing a defense expert, perhaps a defensive coordinator, which he, like his infamous blustering hot head red face father is very good at I painfully admit... .

Word is Harbaugh, and more specifically his wife, have no desire to leave California for New York (and neither would I). He might end up with the Raiders. Fins building, looking good for next year, coach and qb liked down here in S. Florida, we'll finish 9-7...

WHAT THE????

CAN THE HAPLESS FUMBLING STUMBLING JETS GET A WIN????

Jets (2-11) playing Tennessee (2-11) this Sunday....

It's not a matter of who wins between these two teams, it's a matter of who loses worse!!!

There's a few top college teams that could easily beat either one of these teams.....WITH THEIR SECOND STRING!!!!

What are you trying to say, Netgems? That the Jets suck this year?

Thanks for the update

Yes, and Tennessee too. That game should actually be interesting, two losing teams with nothing to lose, no need to play conservative, each about the same level, both humiliated with chips on their shoulders smelling blood, both know this may be their last chance to squeeze out a win this season...I'll say Jets by 3... 8)

PS, the Jets DO have a good running game and Tennessee has one of the worst run defenses, the Jets D should spank and lecture the pathetic Tennessee O line, in fact, at 60, and old high school 3rd string lefty qb named Netgems who hasn't played since 1970 could probably get 1 td on them....
