Guess you must've missed it - I see NO RESPONSE of yours where you back up your claim of 4-12 for the JETS.

One more chance - GOT CASH ?

  sorry i didn't get back to you in a timely fashion   JETS SUCK, and what do you want to put on it, would +/- 2 games be a good spread :?:

No need to apologize. My post was to NYG, not you.

So your English sucks and your comprehension level isn't that great either.

Maybe you've got too much "baby batter" on the brain because you've given up mongering ? :?:

NYG said 4-12

YOU said Jets SUCK.

The number's "4" - NYG set it.

I've got the "over". So how much would you like to bet ?

Squish the fish or not?

We've been squishing fish for YEARS now...it's aleways a joy to go down to Joe Robbie and watch the despair, hopelessness and pain on the faces of Fin fans as their team falls apart in the second half! :D Fun to laugh at the R Williams jerseys too  Fun to drive back up the turnpike listening to the anguish on 740 AM

As for the Favre acquisition...maybe not enough for a SB... but a fan's gotta be a fan and so...

Believe me, it's much better watching all the Jet fans, especially Fireman Ed's face and Ryan's as well, when you loose to The Phins. You guys take it a lot harder, it's just the NY mindset. Don't get me wrong, I love to visit the city and have a lot of very good friends down here from NY. But on game day let the fun begin!!! I predict you guys finish at 7-9 this season. If we stay healthy Phins go 11-5 and lose in the second round of playoffs.

I've been in BOTH places for long enough and believe you me the Jets are on the minds of the Dol-fans WAY MORE than the Dolphins are on the minds of the Jets fans.

In South Florida, during the football season all you hear about, OTHER THAN the Dophins are the Jets and how they suck. And that's not just from call-in listeners, that's from the sports talk guys themselves !!!

In New York the only time anyone mentions the Dolphins are when they're the next game.

For Jet fans the Dolphins are just another team/game.

That's because the Jets fans are to busy blowing their own horn about themselves to even think about ANY other team. Like a chatty Kathy doll that can pull its own string, blah blah blah. But seriously, you mean to tell me that in the AFC East, one of the toughest divisions in the league, that they don't worry about every team in the division? Please. You don't do well against Miami, NE and Buffalo and you'll be watching other teams in the playoffs. There are two TV commercials oot there season after season that show some loner Dolfan in Buffalo and the other cheering the Phins in some NY sports bar being treated like a Pariah. The people who bring you these commercials have there finger on the pulse of what's going on in the real world believe you me.

Possible reason for that is because so many residents of SoFl are former residents of the greater NY area and still follow NY sports teams.

Are you really that dense or do you simply lack the ability to comprehend the written word?

Today really was an impressive performance by Mark Sanchez and the Jets.

And in the MOST recent playoffs, who was playing and who was watching from home again ?

Reading is fundamental. I never said they don't worry about every team. What I said was they don't worry about the Fish until it's time to PLAY the Fish.

Meanwhile, down in S.F., no matter WHO the Fish are playing, the Jets are either the first or second thing a S.F. football fan brings up on the radio.

Just this afternoon, after the Fish had won their game in Minnesota (VERY impressive BTW), the Jets game was in the 2nd quarter and a radio personality said something along the lines of "Great win for the Dolphins,,,,, and the next best thing is the Jets are losing". Point MADE.

And I find it really funny because, even though the Fish last won a Super Bowl only 4 years more recently than the Jets, the Dolphins have had the better of the Jets for about the last 15-20 years or so. So, on THAT basis, I find the hatred of the Jets especially amusing.

My fundamentals are just fine. Spock, I do agree with you that there is really no reason to hate the Jets based on the last 15-20 years. I don't, myself, hate them or any other team out there. A lot of what I've seen and heard regarding the dislike of the Jets stems from the interaction with Jets fans at games between the two teams. Abrasive, rude and total jackasses, are some the more polite ways I have heard them being described. Maybe it's just the way the world is today. I never noticed fans behaving so badly when I was 12 and went to some of the games with family. That's why I rarely go anymore and just watch at home. I'd rather spend the money on a nice looking chica. :D :D
