Giants QUIT the last 2 games with the postseason within their control. Jets did NOT quite and went way further than expected and had a better season.

Let 'em have their day in the sun without your sour grapes.

(And I happen to be a NEW YORK fan, Giants first, Jets second)

The Eagles have none the Jints have 3.

But exactly what does that prove? Perhaps what is more telling is the present not the past and in the present the Eagles won 11 games, two of those wins against the Jints, while the Jints won 8. Since neither is in the big game all that is not relevant because what matters for both of them now is next year and at this point each is zero up zero down.

And based on their records Coach Ryan has every right to say he has the best team in New Jersey.

PS: Using your measuring stick of SB victories the Steelers are twice as good as the Jints and the Cowboys and Niners are almost twice as good. Ready to admit that?

I mean you are the one who used PAST performance to measure present day standing so it should be an easy thing for you to bow to the superiority of the Steelers. Surely you are not applying a double standard to your beloved jints.

Son, we live in a world that has football fans, and those fans have to be kept in line with their fanaticism by men with balls. Whose gonna do it? You ? You, NYG ? That the Jets, while unimaginative, probably saved some Jets' fans from committing suicide. And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves even more of their lives. Smack Talk or not--It's Tuesday and 2 teams are left to battle for the Crown. All the others are left to lick their wounds, nurse the hurt, look at next year's signings, formulate winning battle plans, play golf or any combination thereof.

The GMEN had 8 starters out and were outplayed in the first half. We have a long way to go: BUT IT WAS NICE TO SHUT THE JETS UP FOR A FEW HOURS
