I believe that it was Phoenix Rising who actually first used the term "foo foo" to refer to CRTer's enjoyment of girly drinks.

Actually kind sirs, El Ciego and Ciaociao, I believe you are both mistaken. The first use of the term "foo foo" was used by none other than EL Silencioso on Feb 27 2008 in the "What Are You Drinking Now" thread, (see page 14 start =195)
