I just thought of something. Pac55 writes these long, drawn out, I'm bored at home posts in other topics, but here, we get the real Pac55, a kinky emoticon porn loving freak. The truth is out about you FREAK. :P

He keeps the posts counts when you blow the thread away. Database still counts the post, just not the thread anymore.

Typical of this board version,,not. Post in the Roll Call section sometime. When admin purges that section, which is often, your posts are removed and the counts as well. So you do lose your counts...
We can put this to the test....lets have admin delete this thread. Record your post count first, then watch what happens! :lol: :lol: :P :P

I had a long drawn out answer, but there is a way to circumvent this. I admin another board (non-monger), and me and another admin were goofing on each other about post counts. You can go into the database and enter any number in the post count table next to the users name. He went from 4000+ posts to some absurd number. So Admin being the good guy that he is would keep my post count by doing this since I contribute such valuable and timely information. :D :P :wink:
