Schedules are set from the previous years record. Considering the Giants were 8-8 last year, it explains why they are playing the soft schedule. Keep in mind that the NFC East is a craptacular division. When the Giants play the Cowboys they will likely lose.

The NFC as a whole blows big time. The AFC is the dominant conference and until a NFC team wakes up and realizes they suck the AFC will continue to dominate.

The Phins don't have a running back(Brown was the only star on a rebuilding team).If they are not looking ahead to bigger games in the next couple weeks they should be ok.(many teams get upset when looking ahead)

While their coach is often derided here, I do not think he lets them overlook this game. If not for the opponent at least the event.

I love the Giants but after seeing the performance of yesterday I hope they use their bye week wisely as they tried to give away that game.

Of course, they were 6-2 at this time last year before the milk went bad. But they are the only ray of hope in the Big Town sports scene this fall.
