All kidding aside, it's not so much what you include in your diet but what you leave out.
Tobacco, garlic, cilantro, onions, too much red meat, whiskey and some medications can all negatively affect the flavor of your spunk. Drinking lots of water helps, as does keeping everything scrupulously clean down there, but it also helps to cut down on some of your bad dietary habits. Of course, the other side of the coin is equally true; if you want to funk up the spunk, just do the opposite of what's been suggested here.
