I would swagger into the board meetings with a bottle of LAPHROAIG and just breath on the "....expletive deleted...." guy next to me....he'd wave his hand as if to move the searing aroma of the spent scotch and then leave the meeting. I'd take his chair and pull the same maneuver with the person he had been sitting next to.

Excellent

Surprised the Sgt.-at-Arms didn't remove/bar him--musta been some real wussy folks. Evidently, this is Bro S1's theme song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XcKBmdfpWs

And I did it always with a smile on my face and very nice and friendly, "HELLO!!"

There was no such person....just 7 or 8 self appointed potentate condo cop types who had their own swagger of know it allness who were running the business of paradise into the ground. The "silent majority" enjoyed my unique ways (which did NOT include "local style") and that is how I was elected, every year at the annual meeting. Too, I was elected to join the state association to write the condo laws now in effect in Hawaii which mandated the destruction of lease hold options and mandated reserve studies and how to determine how much money a reserve fund should have and how long it should take to meet that figure. The more applicable song is closer to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cz6LbWWqX-g or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SeAigj3LG-s
