Ya probably went to one of the suburban outfits and even their store bought potato salad is better than anything bbq coming out of Texas or Memphis!!! The truth hurts....but it shall set you free......particularly when it's a fact and not an opinion. There is a difference, ya know.....*shrug*

Too, BEEF RIBS are an afterthought relative to BBQ.....it's them pork ribs any BBQ guy will tell you that any manner of discussion can take place over.....Never get "beef ribs" in a true bbq joint. Beef sammich is fine....on gummy white bread......yeah boy.....
