With all due respect Brother Miamiheller, I strenuously disagree. The NY/NJ criminals have been doing it so long, they don't have a need to and don't "flash". Think of the difference between the Hudson River Valley/ Newport, RI "old money" vs. the "Nouveau Riche" pretenders you've got. If you know about them, they got caught. All we know up here is the garden variety crooks--the real crooks long ago converted their ill-gotten gains to genuine political power and legit investments. Yours (the smarter ones) will catch up in a generation or two but right now--flash and trash to the max.
For the same situation in Mexico, you want to compare the narcotraficantes to Carlos Slim?
