Cariden, You hit pretty close to the mark without realizing it. during WWII my Dad was a highly decorated fighter pilot and was within train range on London for his weekends jaunts. Women regularly waited for handsome Yanks at the Piccadilly Station and were instantly available for a full exciting weekend with these young guys. Everyone had a eat, drink and make merry attitude because death was an ever present possibility for civilians and military alike. For handsome young men from small town America, it was better than Disney land. But, because of the tumult of sexual excess, the terror of constant combat and upwards of 70% squadron casualites, most could never sort out their range of emotion. I think the whole experience terrified them, made them feel guilty for surviving their less lucky comrades and for the delicious joys that must have been available on weekends in wartime London.

Anywhere that is really undeveloped seems to have fewer attractive people. Too many environmental stresors to let them reach the genetic potential for beauty.

I have travelled in about 45 countries at this point. The lowpoints for me were Ecuador, and some of the Carribean Islands. In Ecuador, I was driving with a cabbie through Quito, and I told the driver that Ecuador had lots of hot women and he gave me this look that said "I know you are lying and trying to be nice." We had just passed a university, and the hottest college girl I saw was maybe a 7. The working girls there are mostly Colombianas.

In the Carribean, most of the working girls are from Colombia, or the DR. The locals just don't have what it takes.

The good news is that many countries are just eye candy. Japan, Denmark, Italy, Egypt, Costa Rica...everywhere you look are just yummy yummy girls. Yum!

YO Unattractive:

During my trips to Maine I have yet to see a good looking woman. In general, they are stocky built with not much make up and just plain rugged. The town of Belfast has a lot of pork. Maybe it's the climate or maybe too many clams in the diet.

Like Shamas stated, Sheep would be more than welcomed.
