In the event of rain, we usually meet at the Thirsty Turtle or the Square Grouper. You, PhinPhan4Ever, and the entire membership are most welcome to join us with or without a rain check

I would rather, with prejeduice, rendezvous in said central american latina body fluid exchanging country for some sex wax on my rocket too. Trip reports please

Shame man, Vero Beach, while a little north, is a nice place too! There is no more Spring Training in Miami-Dade or Ft. Lauderdale anymore which is too bad. Jupiter,FL in north Palm Beach County is still home to the Cards...

The snow bird season, despite the economy, seems to be OK in Palm Beach and Broward this year. Miami-Dade is good this season due to the economy, Chavez, & the absolute fact that the USA is the best place to be in the world in good times and bad.

We should all be very, very thankful that we have a USA passport.

Peace & love,

3fff

A. Jones signed with the Texas Rangers... they are trying to make a reclamation project out of him. If it works then the Dodgers hitting coaches get blamed.

By the way.. CBS sports power rankings -- AZ # 6, LAD # 11 (that's assuming they sign Manny)..

Great news for Manny!

Scott Boras Able To Get Manny Ramirez $20 Billion In Economic Stimulus Money
WASHINGTON—After a series of closed-door talks, Scott Boras, the agent known for representing the highest-paid players in baseball, set another record for the game's largest contract when he finalized Manny Ramirez's $20 billion agreement with the United States federal government on Thursday. "Manny's .396 batting average last season with the Dodgers, as well as his playoff performance, proved that he is as important to this country as infrastructure projects, health care, and renewable energy development," Boras said during an interview, adding that Ramirez is especially satisfied with the indefinite length of the contract. "He's promised to cut 47 hours of antics this year and to make necessary attitude adjustments in order to remain solvent. Any criticism Manny receives for this contract is simply what comes with getting a huge amount of money from the government during a time of crisis." A clause in the contract states Ramirez could receive an additional $6 billion if he successfully saves the American auto industry. http://www.theonion.com/content/news_br ... =a-section

with the signing of hudson it gives the dodgers the ability to move dewitt back to third and blake to LF. not that its something i'm hoping for but if manny doesn't sign we still look pretty decent.
although SP is a different story altogether.
