Zafra, a 21-year old rum from Panama. Amazing rum! If you like rum, pick up a bottle, if you can find one. A couple of months ago, it cost about $55 a bottle here in Florida, but last week I picked up a couple of bottles for $45 each :D

As I will be in Panama in two weeks I am enjoying a Fine glass of Zafra Master Reserve 21 year old rum on the rocks.

I am starting to notice one thing..I seem to like the same things in my Rum, bourbons, and Chicas........

I prefer them all to be just about 21 years old.... :D :)

Home made frozen margaritas. The secret trick is to not use ice but to freeze the margarita mix with a little orange juice in ice trays ahead of time. This way you don't need a big industrial freezing machine.

1. Freeze any non alcoholic margarita mix with 15%-20% orange juice in ice trays in freezer.
2. Use these frozen cubes in blender with your favorite tequila.
2 1/2. Add a little triple sec and/or Grand Marnier if you care (not necessary).
3. Squeeze a little fresh lime juice
4. Blend to desired consistency.

5. Go to CRT when drunk and type things you'll most likely regret tomorrow.
