well biggest is certainly not saying the largest deficit now is it? leave it to you to try and decipher minutia in attempt to deflect the facts. that was epic and will be difficult if not impossible for miami to overcome. even the players acknowledged that.
with the next three in dallas its reasonable to think miami never sees its home court again this series.

Since you're not too clear about what a fact is, here you go: fact.

If you're going to make absolute statements like the one you made originally, at least check your NBA history first.

Was this one of the greatest comebacks we've ever seen? Absolutely. Dallas was fantastic in the last few minutes of the game.

The GREATEST EVER (as you claimed)?
No. Not even in NBA Finals history.

Is this difficult or even impossible for the Miami Heat to overcome? Please. Now you are going past wishful thinking into the realm of the ridiculous (or drug-induced hallucinations).

HTH,

mh

whose playing loose with facts? its right there in this thread. i NEVER said greatest ever as you so loudly claim. i think remedial reading classes may be in order MH. since you're not too clear on the english language.
to say the biggest comeback in nba finals history is a subjective statement. its my opinion. i am entitled to that regardless of how homers feel about their team.
dallas was on the brink of down oh 2 and reeling. they stole the game, stunned the heat as was obvious in the press conference. and reminded everyone especially mebron of how they couldn't close out games earlier in the year. if you didn't see that and don't think it was a series altering moment i think you need put down your miami shot glasses and step away from the bar.
sure you were celebrating the win just like your silly team prior to the game actually ending.

 Apparently you don't understand the difference between a fact and an opinion. Not surprising, given your previous posts.

In anyone's world (except yours of course), when someone says the BIGGEST COMEBACK IN FINALS HISTORY, they are implying something -- that it was special, one of a kind, exciting, the GREATEST. Which is the word that I used to paraphrase what YOU posted. In case you missed it, I've quoted you for your benefit. Here's what you said:
LaDiablo wrote:
oh snap, there goes homecourt on the biggest comeback in finals history. sure that won't change the momentum.
carlisle got smart and kept peja off the court. no defense there.
what a game.

Now you are trying to resort to absurd, Clintonian-level word parsing: "I never said GREATEST EVER, I said BIGGEST comeback IN FINALS HISTORY waaah". Excuse me for pointing out the obvious. You seem to have a knack for stating your opinions as FACTS.

Here's an opinion: Trolls aren't funny or amusing, they are just attention-needy and try to get it by any means possible. So be it - if that's the path you want to take, be my guest.

Now, if instead you want to post something intelligent to provoke a civilized discussion instead of your usual adolescent rants (again, an opinion) -- like how the Heat stopped playing and got lazy when they were up by 15, or how they should adjust in Game 3, if Dirk is simply too much for Bosh to handle defensively, or what strategy you think would work best for the Mavs going forward -- by all means post something. I might even read it.

P.S. GO HEAT!!!

I'm starting to get worried about the Heat. They better figure out a way by Sunday on how to close out a game. They could've easily won the series by now. Now, their backs are against the wall, it should've never gone this far. At least Miami has the last two games at home, hopefully they'll respond well to the pressure.

My hat is off to the Mavs. At this point, unless you are in Miami, you have to support the Mavs.

Outside of Dirk, the Mavs have a bunch of retreads and unusual role-players. They are a lot of fun to watch, and may go all the way. The Mav organization is obviously a good judge of horseflesh.

I am looking forward to the next game.

Congratulations to the Dallas Mavericks and to their REAL (*) fans.

The Mavs pure and simple outplayed the Heat -- more heart, more determination, and more grit.

Kudos to a class organization and to classy (except for Stevenson) players. Dirk, Kidd, Terry -- enjoy the feeling, you earned it.
Score one for the old guys.

(*) EXCEPT FOR the bandwagon, Johnny-come-lately, frothing-at-the-mouth, anyone-but-the-Heat haters -- you know whom you are ;)

P.S. GO HEAT 2012!!!
