Sorry to interrupt the thread phuck  … back to Boise State.

They will open their 2012 season in East Lansing, MI against Michigan State (who lost the B1G TEN conference championship game and then beat Georgia in the Outback Bowl)… should be a good game, Boise does well when they can spend months preparing for one team. The rest of Boise’s schedule is a joke…

Boise will not dominate the Big (L)east. Just as mentioned before, a grueling conference schedule will beat them up, and they will find playing on the road against large hostile crowds regularly (as opposed to once or twice a year) will also be new to them.
Let’s all remember how Penn State was supposed to dominate the B1G TEN when they joined… same things said this past year about Nebraska.

Exactly 8)

Boise Vs Michigan State MSU beating a middle of the Road SEC school is not that great. Georgia winning the SEC east was not that impressive either. The east side of the SEC is a rather weak conference at the moment. There are only about six teams in the nation that are capable of winning the BCS title. If they go to a plus one playoff it will still be the same teams playing for the Championship. Look at the recruiting rankings for last three years and that is very indicative of who will be competitive. Alabama is slated to have another blockbuster recruiting year. The only way they lose is if they under perform . Kind of like the Yankees in baseball. I do not see much of a change in who wins the title until the west coast teams start playing defense again.

Alabama BCS champions as I predicted. Great defense makes a potent offense look bad. Defense wins National Championships. The game to many was not an exciting game but winning the game is the objective. Look at Alabama's defense and compare them to the likes of Boise States defense and tell me there is not a difference. Offensively Boise State would be lucky to continually get off a pass. Defense would injure the Quarterback before first quarter ending. They are too physical for Boise State. Offensively Alabama would run the ball and eat up the clock thus limiting the number of possessions by Boise State. It would not be a shoot out, just a dominate Ball control win by Alabama.

You were absolutely right about Alabama, their defense was amazing! Without a playoff, we'll never know how Boise State or Oklahoma State might of fared against Alabama. Imo, I doubt Alabama would have dominated Boise State like the way they dominated LSU. LSU's performance was pitiful! Hopefully, when the BCS officials meet tomorrow, they'll at least agree to a plus 1 format. Maybe one day, they'll expand it to an 8 or 16 team playoff.

No flag football in the SEC! It's hard hitting.

Can't ever see a 16 team playoff. There aren't 16 worthy teams in ANY year. 8 is a good number, with 6 being perfect, IMO. Utilize 4 superconferences and 2 wildcards. Give the top 2 teams byes in 1st round. Use a seeding committee much like college BB. Use the conference champ. games as defacto playoff games. And if the Big Least and ACC don't step up with strong conferences soon, make them play vs. each other as a play-in game.

As for ALA, they are the deserving nat'l champion. What a shame though that LSU got out-coached that badly. To have an offensive game plan to run the ball vs. that front 7 is ludicrous. It seemed like their whole strategy was to HOPE for big plays.

BUT, it sure would have been nice to see a contrasting style, like Okla St. I think Bama still beats OSU, but it would have been interesting at least!

Like I said, If you wanna keep being a douchebag, (sorry admin 1) Keep it up. I offered to explain anything you wanted on to know as a normal person, talking about something that could benefit you or not.......I did explain how computers and the internet made it easier for the gambler to to win versus the house. It did make gambling more available as well, but that has nothing to with what I said. More available information via the internet gave the gamblers a better chance against the house.... I guess that is lost on you...... Keep up your bullshit.....You will keep being an ignorant douche because you are not even willing to take an offer from someone to explain anything to you. I even said it nicely. But if ya wanna go there like ya keep doin, look me up when you get down here. Maybe you won't be such a coward and you might try to learn something from those who know.... But I forgot, you know everything.......Again, my offer is still out there. I am sorry you won't take advantage of it. Instead of trying to learn, you have to live through your tough guy posts....... Happy New Year wherever you are..... I will be at the SL chillin.......

I asked you a NUMBER of questions in my prior post to you - you answered NONE of them, just resorted to name calling. Can't say as I'm surprised.

Always a pleasure,,,,,,,

Hope you enjoyed your New Year's !!!
