Thought I’d share…
My son told me earlier today that the small private university down the street from our house made a Top 10 List.
The school, Chapman University, has a student population around 6,000 students, so it’s pretty small. It’s a very expensive school…about $46,000 per year for tuition alone.
I’m sure the university regents were hoping to make a Top 10 List…for something like their Economics Department or their Film School.
But no…The new Claim-to-Fame for Chapman University is their #2 ranking among US Universities for attractive coeds.
Check it out:

Now, I walk through the Chapman campus on my walk to and from work every day. So I can confirm that there are a lot of cute girls at this school…But #2 in the Country…who knew???
With the recent hot weather we’ve had here in Orange County, it seems that the uniform of choice for most of these girls is very short shorts…oh my.

I wonder if this newfound fame for Chapman University will increase the value of my home. I could advertise the house as “Close to Top Rated University”.

I was fortunate enough to graduate from UCSB, and there were always a lot of beautiful girls around campus back in the late 70’s. So, it’s good to see that they have maintained their solid reputation for the past few decades.

Seeing UCSB, as well as #1 Miami, on the list was not a surprise, the inclusion of Chapman University was a bit of a shock.

So, while I wait and save for my next trip down to CR, I pass the time strolling through the Chapman campus, dark glasses in place, checking out some high ranking student bodies. I started walking home for lunch as well. More exercise…that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

Oh…It’s time to take the dogs out for a walk. Hmm…where shall we go? Let’s just say that these dogs get lots and lots of opportunities to get out.

Cheers all,
-sport
