Yet another reason to now monger in the US... I would imagine the cost of a lawyer and fines or whatever after getting arrested would be more than a week long trip to CR. Plus, the humiliation of your family and friends and possible divorce and loss of 50% of your assets.

As for innocent until proven guilty... yeah, innocent poeple don't wind up in hooker's hotel rooms by accident. But bottom line, they are just using this as a deterrent, so don't look for hookers if you don't want your picture on Twitter.
