Interviewed this really hot latina chica today for an open position in my department. You could see by the way that she acted that she knew she was hot and expected to get the job although she was only 75% qualified.

The entire time I kept thinking about how if this interview was taking place at the HDR that I would be offering 70$ and phucking her for the next hour....

Then the real world hit me and I knew she was not the best for my department......but it was a good day dream while it lasted.

I have to admit there was a time in my past that I might have hired based on looks but the P4P lifestyle can really put things into perspective at least IMO.

Umm, yes. I once made the mistake of hiring a hottie who was not really a good fit for the job. She was like spraying gas on a small fire. Yes, I had a department with 100% female employees, and they had their spats and bad days, but this lil vixen managed to turn summer showers into a shitstorm. No more details than that, but since then, I don't care how good they look, if they aren't a good fit for the job and gonna mesh with the staff, I'm not going to make a job offer.
