PM COSTA RICA

As reported on 30-07-2008”

Costa Rica, minister of travel, Stephen B Jenkens, announced that the borders leaving San Jose, CR would be closed indefinitely.
“Unfortunately, we have to take this action until the housing market settles down.”
Mass exodus of Expats has decided to leave the country and we have seen the absolute bottom drop out of our condo market. The only way that we can stabilize the current market is to refuse exit stamps to the expat condo owners.
Market forces have dropped $200,000 condos to a record low of $20,000, overnight.
In related news the colon is now trading at 1500c to $1. Further exuberating the problem.
Causes of the overnight drop in prices have been directly related to the closing of the massage parlours in Amon barrio.
“I hope that when all things settle down, those puta loving old men will stay and help stabilize the economy. I had no idea that my home value would drop to one tenth of its value overnight.” Said Katie Millin-Hill-schmitt-phuck-me-in-pooper
Colombus, Ohio
Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica
“I just wish everything would go back to normal so I can afford to go on living here”.
Stephen B Jenkens, minister of travel, has been trying to negotiate a compromise with expats. He is hoping that with the reopening of several of the MP by 8/1/2008, that some of the expats will stay in cr.
Expat for tolerable living conditions are requesting that every third Wednesday of each month must be “Free pu*sy at MP” day.
The minister has already agreed in principal but wants to move the day to Thursday as his new wife, Katie Millin-Hill-Scmitt-phuck-me-in-pooper, has informed him that he will be doing the wash on Wednesdays.
The expat clubs formerly known as CRT lifetime members have change their motto from “pura vida”
To “Fuck this we will now tame Colombia”.
Condo prices have seen a moderate taming since the announcements they are now selling $22000.
