Heat generous amount of olive oil in a sauce pan at medium heat. Once the oil hot, add some minced garlic (don't let it burn). Cut up a number of jalapeno peppers and add them to garlic and olive oil. Let these cook or brown for 5 minutes or so, then add two cans of black beans or red kidney beans. Let these cook, and then mash them up with a fork. Let them cook some more and then mash them some more.
In a separate saucepan, heat up some olive oil at medium heat. Then fry two or three eggs how you like them. Then simply get some of your mashed beans (refried beans?) on a plate and put your eggs (with or without the extra olive oil in the pan) on top.
This is a meal I prepare here in the US. I lived in Central American for a while, and I just always enjoyed the "typical" breakfast you could get on the street or at a restaurant (or less formal food place) catering to locals. Their refried beans were always black beans, usually they would be slightly dry or old, that is not 100% recently prepared, but still very good. These refried beans came with a fried egg or two, plus cheese (goat cheese?), maybe some slaw and hot sauce.
Some people don't like that local food, but I loved it and try to recreate it here.
