It may be stupid thats a matter of opinion.

What I consider telling is that it can be shown on commercial TV in that country. The ridiculous US puritan attitude would result in a public outcry and a huge fine from the FCC.

Remember the "wardrobe malfunction"? Tame compared to that commercial.
