At Costa Del Sol the specialty of the house is affectionately called "The Don Gordo special." It is a chicken parmisan served with a paste in the house red sauce. Today when I went there to eat,some of the employees were having some fine looking pasta. I inquired and found that it was a carbonara sauce. So I subsituted that for the plain sauce. I don't even know if they charged me anything extra. I recommend it very much,but bring your appetite. |
