| Post subject: | El Patio restaurant reviews? |
Has anyone gone to the El Patio restaurant downtown? It’s on the main “street” that is closed off for foot traffic that runs down to the Mercado Central. Walked by it on my last trip but wasn’t hungry so didn’t stop in. Looks like a nice place and wondered if anyone has tried it and can share a review or thoughts on it? |

In the Balmoral if we're talking about the same place... Its good. Not cheap, but good. The upstairs part was not open last time I was there due to Covid, but they were about to reopen. Lots of tourist types of people there, so if you show up with a chica a lot younger than you and perhaps dressed to reveal her profession you will get a lot of stink eye looks. From other patrons and staff. But good food, drinks. |

I eat there all the time. Nice people, good service although there is a wait to pay your bill. Great views of people passing by. |
