In the Balmoral if we're talking about the same place... Its good. Not cheap, but good. The upstairs part was not open last time I was there due to Covid, but they were about to reopen. Lots of tourist types of people there, so if you show up with a chica a lot younger than you and perhaps dressed to reveal her profession you will get a lot of stink eye looks. From other patrons and staff. But good food, drinks.
