Situated next door to the Hotel Taormina, this place has great atmosphere and lunch specials that change daily. Today's started with a ceviche de chayote with plantain chips. The main course was white marlin with tomato and olives over a bed of spaghetti. A dessert of poached apples with Chantilly cream finished up. A refreshing pineapple/mint drink was included. Price c5500 ($9US) which includes VAT and tip. That on par with a hamburger at the Sportsmens or a menu price of $7 in the US (Big Mac Value Meal).

Lunch on Monday through Thursday noon-4:00
Brunch on Saturday and Sunday 10:00-3:00
Dinner on Thursday & Friday til 9pm

These are their hours during restrictions. Normally they are open for dinner on Saturday and closed on Sunday. Also during normal times there is live music Friday and Saturday. This is another example of a locally owned business trying everything to stay in solvent including delivery, catering, and culinary workshops.

Looks good, I'll make sure to eat there a few times on my trip.

Agree with the Boy's post. Just get there early for the special. I went late and they were all out, but what they served from the menu was still great. Don't know if they have a liquor licence.

2x1 Cocktails every Friday from 6 to 8. They get a little busy, so its best to make reservations. There is no bar area, just booze with food.
