Chango's is a higher-end restaurant offering great food and service at inflated prices (although for Escazu I guess this is "normal"). One of the owners, Ran Wells, is a "wild and crazy guy" with alot of first-hand knowledge and connections throughout CR. He will go the extra mile to accommodate special requests. The bar area features many attractive patrons looking for, ummmm, companionship. A couple employ themselves (or were active) at Tango India and other such establishments in greater SJ. This is an attractive alternative to those mongers looking for an change from the regular gulch experience. |
