There was an article on it earlier this year in AM Costa Rica. Read in between the lines and it seems the guy was unwilling to pay the necessary tips and unofficial grease money you need to get permits. Sorry, I do not have the link. Last I heard they had planned to open a chicken restaurant.
No one has ever asked me to grease anything in Costa Rica. The building codes are straight forward. He does not meet the new requirements to build. As for the chicken restaurant
- we sat and watched him almost burn down the place on several occasions. The machine was spinning so fast, we had to remind Richard chickens are flightless birds.
