I am looking at the menu for the restaurant located in the Armon Plaza Hotel, there are two prices listed for each item. What is the story there. Could it be lunch and diner prices? Even for drinks? Is this common for restaurants in CR? The menu does look good. http://www.hotelamonplaza.com/eng/menu.htm Thanks for the Info. Apparition |

the cheaper one is the price without tax included. The other has the tax included. It's a costa rican law that the tax has to be shown on the menu |

Thanks for the insight. Are tips automatically included in restaurant and bar bills? Apparition |

Almost all restaurants and bars included a 10% service charge. Ticos rarely ever leave any additional tip and if they do it is a few hundred colones. |
