I'm not sure if there are locations in San Jose but San Martin in Liberia has the best meat I've ever tasted at the lowest prices I've ever seen. If you happen to be close to Liberia, check it out. It's in a set of industrial buildings across from the airport. I bought Premium Nicaraguan beef there. You can fill your freezer with top quality beef for under $50. They are not a butcher. This is wholesale. Stay away from Costa Rican beef. It's the worst I've ever had. San Martin Nicaraguan beef on the other hand is the Latin American Kobe Beef. Melts in your mouth. |

Backfilling here: http://www.carnesdonfernando.com/main.cfm http://www.sanmartin.com.ni/en/index.html << 4 hour drive or 45-minute flight--your choice >> http://www.natureair.com/liberia-flights.aspx http://boomersoffshore.com/Newsletters/ ... I have tried Don Fernando a few times and could never finish it. Just a tough steak with terrible flavor. Which cuts are you guys ordering that you are raving about? I have tried the ribeye and strip. |
