I like Caribbean food. This place has good portions at decent prices. The owner Rick from Dallas is very accommodating. Just 2 1/2 blocks west of Del Rey. |

West. Leaving Del Rey head west on Ave. 1 towards the Morazan and keep going another 1 1/2 blocks. BTW, The Grand Ma is owned by a brother CRT member, Rick. |

Excellent food, open breakfast and lunch and the owner is a good guy and fellow CRT member. Really easy to find, walk west on AV1 from Del Rey, pass the Morazon and it is two more blocks on the right, large Aunt Jemima type logo on the window. |

Is this the place y'all mentioned--or did I come up with another restaurant, Caribbean or otherwise? Either way, I could eat a mess of those smoked pork chops, hound that I am: http://www.grandmashouserestaurant.com/ |

But wait--this eatery is steps away from the BW-I, where this post says low-limit poker is frequently played. Gotta eat after a heavy session, right? And there you go--serendipity--gotta love it: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=39302&p=444009&hilit=irazu#p444009 |

JazzboCR, you are absolutely right. Might check it out sometime as I plan on playing some poker over there soon. I'm a low level rookie and they have low buy in tourneys almost everyday. That menu did not look bad. |
