It isn't Cuban or Brazilian, but Chicheronera Rancho Allegre on Calle 11 across from the Colonial parking lot, is Colombian. They have a nice quiet bar in back. It looks like a soda out front, but has good bocas and prices. I got a whole trout with sides and 2 Imperials for under $5. The owner has a trout farm. His son speaks English, but usually everything is in Spanish there. There are several Peruvian restaurants in town.
