This is a new restaurant in Multi-centro Paco in Escazu. I ate there a couple of nights ago. I was surprised to find it was really good. For the quality and quantity of the meal,it's not really expensive. The atmosphere is classy with the exception of the tables outside are subjected to the traffic at the lights. I ate outside but would probably recommend inside.

I had a caesar salad which is almost a requirement for me in judging a steakhouse. It was outstanding with a strong taste of anchovies which I like,with no whole ones.Then they served a pate which was on the house. For a main course the waiter suggested a Churasco steak so I went with the 350 gram selection. It was tender enough that I left NO grissle. It came with 2 sides for which I had a baked potato and mushrooms in a wine sauce. I skipped my usual wine and just had a bottle of ginger ale.

The cost for my meal including additional tip was 16,000 colones. ($32)

3,2,1 till 911 Driver comes in and blasts you for tipping. LOL

I saw they had some maple rotisserie chicken, but 15,000 colones for chicken seemed a little high.

I ate at M^N Steakhouse last night for the second time,with 2 friends. I was told about their ribs by another friend. WOW were they right. I recently tried the takeout ribs from the bar B Q in Belen and M n N
blew them away.One friend had the filet and loved it.

OK Bob, you talked me into it......... Do you know the hours? I am more interested in what day they are closed and how early do they open?

Sorry Dr but I don't know their schedule. You will have to call through information. I go past the restaurant most every evening on my way home, and I've never seen them closed then. It is located in the front of Multi Centro Paco.
