15975312, did you ever get your chicharrónes?

They can be found at many of the Tico restaurants which serve meat like LA CASA DE DOÑA LELA - one on the Pista por Limón and one on the Pista por Cartago in Tres Rios - LA CAVA DEL DUENDE in Coronado, my guess is RAM LUNA in Aserrí, and LA CASONA DEL CERDO in downtown Heredia.

Ju know CPR? I have indulged in past years but these are right up there with deep fried twinkies.

Twinkies are not quite as damaging.
Why? Because they have No cholesterol, until fried.

Pork skin is already cholesterol equipped.
