just saw a show on food in Nicaragua. dishes such as Bull Ball soup, Iguana Eggs, Boa Constrictor Steak, Corn Bread with Sweet Cheese Center cooked over charcoal, Seaweed Smoothies and Pig Face Soup. They also showed food vendors that sell to travelers on bus trips. A man could get fat riding the bus there. I had monkey stew one time in Ecuador. What are some of the unusual meals/foods any of the other brothers have sampled on their trips? |

PS: Add roast guinea pig, llama steak and roast chinchilla in Peru. The llama steak had a weird grainy texture. |

I once had a bowl of bull testicle soup waiting for me one morning. I passed. Quite vehemently, I might add. I didn't care one iota if I offended anyone. |
