For these questions, the first or second place I'd ask is the country's embassy--those folks don't eat in their cafeterias all the time and obviously know their home country's cuisine and what quality is. I haven't seen Bandeja Paisa, or some of the other things you are looking for on their menu, but they have the best Arroz con Pollo, and Milanesa, that you can find there. Well worth a visit IMOHP. I eat there about 3-4 times per trip. |

man there was a great place behind the old novillo alegre los anonos bello horizonte back road...........by that big tree that sticks out on the street....it was a little fruit smoothie and colombian food place. family run, arepas, awesome ajiaco, and on weekends even lechona o man they arent there anymore and i really miss lechona......fortunetly i have a great ajiaco i can have cooked for me at anytime.........man medellin is a great city |
