I see it for sale at Auto Mercado in Multi Plaza in their seafood department but I have to either prepare it myself or take it to a chef at some restaurant to have done.

One of the best fish to catch and to eat..fillet it. Used to be callled soap fish because of the skin..caught many off the beach here in SF

I like to fly fish for them in the mangroves along the Indian River during the summer spawning season. :)

Not sure I've ever seen it in a restaurant down here. Sure is good though. Anytime we have had some, we cut them into small fingers and fry them. I'm usually more into grilled with most fish, but snook is my favorite for frying.

I got snook (robalo) Once at some little bar/soda by guacallio. Some left point break before boca barranca. Its in taviez or valor. Wont be worth the drive unless your a surfer. My spelling sux dont hate!
