Does anyone know if the restaurant on the top floor of the Holiday Inn is open, and if so, how is the food, prices, etc. I think it used to called the Mirador. I ate there a few times back in 2000, but then it closed for two or three years. Thanks in advance for any recent info!

Yes it is open. Sorry I do not have any info on prices or food quality.

My trip last August I ate there, very nice and the food was great! Up scale place with a piano player. Not that over priced. I will eat there again.

It's not the top but the 17 floor. The daily M-F businessman's lunch is good and not a bad deal, 4500 c last I was there. They may have a dress code since the host said something to one of the guys last year about wearing shorts. :?

I will not stay at that phucked hotel ever again, it was the worst and charged way to much. They charged us for stuff that most give ya for free... besides the $70 chica fee...outrageous!!!!
But the question was about the restaurant on the 17th floor which is not owned by the phucked up hotel... I had great service and the food was very good.. I answered the mans question tats all

I ate there one night last week with my favorita. The food and service were excellent. I was in jean shorts, so if they do have a dress code, it was not enforced. Granted, most of the other patrons did seem to be 'dressed up'. The bill came to $90, but that included two drinks each, and a large shrimp cocktail. I will definately go there again. And of course the view is fantastic.

I ate there about two months ago. (Luncheon meeting) The food was very good and no one left hungry. Three of us ate for around $50 dollars. No alcoholic beverages.

I also went to the 17th floor for Thanksgiving 2008. The waiters were very good to my family and treated us very well. The year before (2007) we had Thanksgiving dinner at the ground floor buffet. There was certainly a greater variety at the buffet but the view from the 17th floor was one of the things that made it spectacular.

I saw the thanksgiving dinner offer when I was in town with the K*ds also. did not go. I am sure it would have been better than where we went. The Presidente was ok. But nothing that good.

It is not a hotel to stay at. They would you rather not bring a chica. And the taxi's out front are a complete rip off.
