If a person is sincere about purchasing a business, he should keep in mind the fact that many business owners would sell, if the opportunity came along, and at the right numbers. Most business owners are reluctant to advertise a business for sale for various reasons: the fear of rumors starting and the employees fleeing....the fear of creditors getting wind of the possibility of a sale, potentially due to to poor profits, thus pulling credit lines....emotional ties to family members working in the business, etc, etc. If you really want to purchase a business.....approach the business owner in private to discuss it with the promise of confidentiality. Prove to him that you do have the ways and means to make it happen.....and make a realistic offer. You'll be surprised how many businesses that "weren't for sale, suddenly are." Zebra |

There is a vacant resturant building over by JT ribs or what ever the name is pm me or prostoner for exact directions it is very close to Amon Plaza just up from Casa Vina good looking building good location also good luck i thought about a resturant there but one here is more than enough for me
